Total Lockers is introducing a new way to dry clean and launder in the DMV area. We’re placing lockers in residences, offices, gyms, and other convenient locations to do dry cleaning and laundry on their schedule, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
After you have created an account, simply text us your locker number. The automated intelligence of our system matches the locker number, location address with your account and places an order for you.
Most of our locations are located securely inside apartment and office buildings. If your building is over 40 units, you can have you property manager contact us about having lockers installed.
The first time you do dry cleaning or laundry with us, your clothes will be returned in your personal, reusable garment bag. This bag is yours to use and keep. Please keep this and reuse to drop off future orders. Make sure not to give your bag to someone else or we may mistakenly charge your account.
Yes, all dry cleaning and laundry is handled in our 10,500 sq ft facility. Unlike most of our competitors, we don’t believe in outsourcing, therefore we have all the equipments and expertise to have direct control of all the garments we process. You can be rest assured that your garments are processed with highest level of care and quality.
At Total Cleaners Lockers WE DO NOT. We find this practice discriminatory and unethical. The cost will be always the same for a men’s dry cleaned shirt and a women’s dry cleaned blouse.According to manufacturer’s label, garments can be either dry cleaned or laundered. Dry cleaning and laundry are two separate processes that utilize different machines, materials and incur different costs. In the laundering process, there are two types of finishing (pressing) procedures: one utilizes automated pressing equipment and the other requires hand finishing.Laundered shirts are inspected to determine what type of finishing the shirt requires. Shirts that fit sizeand fabric criteria (such as high temperature) can be finished utilizing automated pressing equipment designed to finish shirts quicker and more efficiently than hand pressing.For those shirts that do not fall within the criteria of utilizing the automated pressing equipment will require hand finishing, a much more labor intensive and time consuming process. As in any service business, the time it takes to complete a project generally dictates the price. Therefore, because hand-finished shirts require more time to complete than those finished on machines, the cost is higher.The professionals at Total Cleaners will determine based on what will best clean garments in the safest manner with the least risk of damage.

You can completely customize your dry clean and laundry preferences such as starch, detergent and others when you sign up. Every time you place an order, we’ll remember exactly how you like your clothes cleaned. If your order requires special instructions, you can include a note on the app or website when placing your order.
Absolutely! Remember, only you and a Total Cleaners Lockers have the code to your locker. If you like, you can easily give your secure code and locker number to your wife, roommate, etc. and have them pick up for you.
If you would like to change your credit card, you can go to “My Preferences,” select the “Credit Card” tab and enter your new credit card information.
